EU Domestic Shipping

Once we’ve received and accepted your order request, we send you an order confirmation via e-mail, which includes an estimated shipping time. Your order usually ships within about 10 days of it being placed. When your order is shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation which includes a tracking number from our certified shipping partners, as well as the receipt/invoice as a PDF.

Returns & Exchanges

30 day cancellation policy

In the event you’d like to return your order, you have 30 days to send it back to us and receive a refund. Please note that we don’t cover shipping costs for refunds.
